BURN, is a high-intensity training consisting of a 55-minute session.

The class is divided into 3 stations of 8 people each, where we alternate between treadmill, weights, and boxing or circuit training. Each class would have a different focus.

After 55 minutes, the class concludes, burning approximately 600 to 1000 calories, and you’re done!
